Stone Crab Cracking Instructions
1. Place 2 to 3 Stone Crab Claws at a time in a zip lock bag or the plastic bag provided in order to prevent splattering.
2. Place the plastic bag on a cutting board or other hard surface.
3. Strike Claws with a wooden mallet on each side of the claw as well as each joint. Try not to hit the claws too hard to avoid damaging the meat or shattering the shells.
